 ARAWIN®

ARAWIN®

ARAWIN® is a long-chained polyamide fiber known for its inherent flame retardancy and heat resistance. Key technical highlights include:

• Thermal Stability: It features a decomposition temperature of 400°C or higher.
• Chemical Structure: Unlike fibers treated with flame-retardant chemicals, ARAWIN’s unique molecular structure is essentially flame-resistant.
• Product Forms: It is available as staple fiber, filament yarn, and raw materials for insulation paper.

ARAWIN® Staple Fiber:

It has been engineered for performance in extreme environments while offering versatility for manufacturers:

  • Enhanced Dyeability: The fiber is noted for its differentiated easy dyeable capabilities and superior whiteness relative to competing products.
  • Dope Dyed: ARAWIN staple fiber is available in a wide variety of vivid dope dyed colors, with the possibility of manufacturing new colors according to customer needs as well, ensuring utmost flexibility to meet customer’s requirements.
  • High Tenacity (HT): Certain variants are designated as "HT Type," offering higher tenacity (up to >5.2 g/de) for more demanding structural requirements.
